Like it or not, winter is coming and with that comes weather conditions that impact driving conditions on all Kansas roads.Winter Weather Awareness Day is Dec. 1. The National Weather Service, the Kansas Division of Emergency Management and the Adjutant General’s Office remind motorists that now is the time to prepare for winter driving.
