A ceramics artist with roots in Pratt County will return home for a day-long teaching residency at the Vernon Filley Art Museum on March 7. She is inviting children and adults to come play with her.Myrna (Novotny) Minnis, Overland Park, will introduce class members to a character she created called oogly and help them create their own oogly.
