Following last Thursday’s court hearing in Barber County District Court, Medicine Lodge resident Liz Edwards closed out one chapter of her life. “Done and over with this” was her comment in a Facebook post following the verdict for Nashville-area resident Wade Dirks, who hit Liz at 50 to 55 mph on Isabel Road northeast of Medicine Lodge last April.
