The Second Baptist Church building is just a memory but paying to haul off the debris is still a current issue.To ease the financial burden to the congregation, Pratt County Commissioners voted to reduce the hauling fee during their regular Monday meeting.The new fee is $2,091 while the original fee was $4,515. The vote on the matter was unanimous.
