Three people were injured following a two-vehicle accident just east of Pratt late Friday afternoon.

Janice Kelly, 44 of Tulsa, Okla. and her daughter Christina Kelly, 20, were eastbound on U.S. 54 just east of Pratt in a 2003 Dodge Neon driven by Janice when a 1991 Chevy Lumina driven by John Milholland, 41 of Garden City, pulled out of the parking lot at Mike’s Repair and failed to yield.

The Neon struck the Lumina in the driver’s door. The Neon came to a stop on the highway and the Lumina stopped on a driveway on the north side of the highway. Janice and Christina were both transported to Pratt Regional Medical Center by Pratt County EMS where they were treated and released.

Milholland refused treatment at the time of the accident but called for an ambulance Saturday morning from a Pratt motel where he was staying. He was also taken to PRMC but no information is available from the hospital on his condition.
