John Bradley Cotton, 93, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at Lakewood Senior Living Center in Pratt. He was born Aug. 2, 1915, in Stafford County, the son of Harry and Jeanie Bradley Cotton. Mr. Cotton lived in Pratt since 1978, coming from St. John. He was an oil field worker.


John Bradley Cotton, 93, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at Lakewood Senior Living Center in Pratt. He was born Aug. 2, 1915, in Stafford County, the son of Harry and Jeanie Bradley Cotton. Mr. Cotton lived in Pratt since 1978, coming from St. John. He was an oil field worker.
In 1936 he married Grace Feldman. She preceded him in death. On June 26, 1981, he married Lelia Wesley. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jeffrey of Arkansas and Dennis of Kansas City, Kan.; two daughters, Marilyn Smith of Ohio and Carol Dalton of Gautier, Miss.; and one brother, Charles Cotton.
He was preceded in death by his first wife and a son, John Kenneth Cotton.
Funeral service is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Larrison Mortuary, with the Rev. Stan Hendershot presiding.
