The Pratt Community College volleyball team continued their recent road swing with a Wednesday stop at Barton County.
The Lady Beavers got off to a promising start, getting the better of their hosts 25-20 in the opening set.
However, Barton County captured the next three games to win the match 3-1. Scores in the last three games were 15-25; 22-25 and 15-25.
"Even with a night of amazing defensive plays and offense from everyone we came up with unforced errors again in the crucial moments." Beaver head coach Brian Dickens said. "If the Beavers can cut down their unforced errors they proved they can play with anyone." PCC's record dips to 4-7 overall, 1-3 in the conference with the loss.
The Lady Beavers travel to Seminole OK for a non-conference triangular on Saturday.
