Dora Jane Kettering, 90, of Denver, Colo., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012.

She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Kettering, of Denver; two sons, Vernon Kettering, Denver and LeRoy (Dyette) Kettering, North Platte, Neb.; a sister, Mary Spriggs, Dodge City; a brother, Lawrence Riley, Denver; and six grandchildren, Tammy Wilhein, Flagstaff, Ariz., Rick Kettering, Oracet, Ariz., Stacy Rocker and Terry Duke, of Denver, DeAnna Lafferty, Hershey, Neb., and ReNae Ogden North Platte, Neb. Dora also had 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil; sisters, Ruth Schouten, Pratt, Irene Campbell, Larned, and Velma Hamilton, Denver; grandson Lee Kettering and great-grandson Matthew Lafferty.

Dora was a member of the VFW in Golden, Colo., and was a true Bingo player in the Denver area. The body can be viewed on Friday, Oct. 12, between 1 and 8 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary in Pratt. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Cemetery
