Shirley A. Kampling, 55, died Oct. 21, 2012, at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.

She was born Jan. 21, 1957, at Nashville, Kan., the daughter of Wallace and Josephine Schaller Ford. A lifetime resident of the St. Leo and Cunningham communities, she was the head of social services and admissions for the Cunningham Hilltop Manor.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Altar Society, both of Cunningham, and the Daughters of Isabella.

On May 19, 1979, she married George Kampling at St. Leo. He survives.

Other survivors include: a son, Kyle; and two brothers, Donald and Tom.

Parish rosary will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Leo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the St. Leo Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Pratt County Health Foundation for Pancreatic Pain and Hilltop Manor, both in care of the funeral home.
