Preparing a month of meals in a single day seems like a daunting task, but it can be done. This lesson will teach individuals the basics of this method of preparing meals, providing them with the tools they need to provide healthy, home-cooked meals for their families. Once people learn this method of cooking, they will begin to see the many benefits it can provide.
Pratt County Extension Agent, Jodi Drake and the Pratt County Homemakers Education Unit members invite the public to this presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m. at the Pratt County Extension Office at 824 W 1st Street.
The public should be aware that this will not be a hands-on workshop, but merely a brief explanation of how this method of cooking works.
This program is open to the public and refreshments will be provided by Town & Country H.E.U.
