Midway through the first quarter, Skyline was still a part of the ballgame, trailing just 6-2. But then a flurry of Skyline turnovers were turned into fast break points by Little River, and the Redskins also connected on some 3s. The score quickly became 20-4 at the end of Q1.
Hot outside shooting by the Redskins combined with their tenacious defense in the second frame allowed Little River to open up a 44-6 halftime lead.  Nothing changed after intermission and Little River continued to expand their lead to 64-11 heading into the final quarter.
With the clock running throughout the 4th quarter, the game ended 71-15 in favor of the #1 seeded  and #10 ranked Little Rivers.
The T-Birds end their season 2-19.
