  • The Pratt County Extension Council has been asked to assist K-State Research and Extension with a Program Prioritization Survey, according to Pratt County Extension Agent Mark Ploger.
Users of Extension services are completing the survey across the entire state of Kansas. Pratt County commissioners were each asked to complete the survey during the last commission meeting. The aim of the survey is to assist the university to examine which program areas the constituents of the state would like Extension to focus upon.
K-State Research and Extension offers the facilitation, information, education and applied research needed to help Kansans address the important issues facing families, farms, ranches, businesses and communities in the state.
Knowing the priority Kansans place on issues will enable K-State Research and Extension to focus their education programs on the issues Kansans want addressed, according to the literature provided.
Anyone over the age of 18, who resides in Kansas, is invited to participate in the survey, according to the information provided. The survey will take approximately 15-20-minutes to complete and can be found online at: http://ksued.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID-SV_d689CA4Y/yv07VH.
