BP withdraws application for wind farm

BP has withdrawn its application to build a wind energy farm in Pratt County, but will re-file if and when a county ordinance is rewritten. Procedures in the ordinance were determined to not function either for the Pratt County Planning and Zoning Board or for the proposed developer. Watch for a complete story later in the week.
