  • Beavers split with Cloud

  • The Pratt Community College baseball team split a 4-game set with visiting Cloud County over the weekend.
    On Saturday, Cloud took the first game 10-2, then PCC returned the favor with a 13-3 victory in the nightcap.
    On Sunday, Cloud forfeited one game to Pratt, then won a game 9-2 to break even on the series.

    Combined with a 7-2 loss to Cowley County earlier in the week, PCC ended the week at 18-24 (10-18 in the conference).  The Beavers have games at Enid Tuesday, with Tabor at 2 p.m. Thursday, and at Butler for a 4-game set over the weekend to end their regular season.
