Starting around Monday, July 29, and continuing for four weeks, the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will have a field survey team surveying the US-54/400 Highway intersection with US-281 Highway in the City of Pratt. The survey area will include the section of US-54 from 800 feet east and west of this intersection and US-281 from 400 feet north and south of this intersection. The purpose of the survey is to gather information necessary to create detailed designs for future improvements.

Martin G. Long, L.S., with the consultant firm of Coder Engineering, will be in charge of this survey.A member of the survey crew will contact landowners and/or tenants for permission to enter private property.
