Sentencing date for Travis Murray is set for 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21 in Pratt District Court.
Murray pled guilty to aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping and obstruction of justice on Tuesday, Sept. 17 in a plea agreement. The agreement was reached just before a jury trail was scheduled to start on Sept. 17.
Murray could face up to 120 months in prison.
Originally Murray was booked on March 10 on the following: fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer; interference with a law enforcement officer; aggravated battery; criminal threat; criminal restraint; domestic battery-knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member; endangering a child; criminal damage to property; violation of a protection order; possession of opiate opium narcotic or certain stimulant; use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest.
