A Pratt Rotary Club representative approached the City Commission Monday evening with a request. They wanted to donate $1,800 for replacement of damaged concrete in the walking path at Lemon Park. Several of their members are regular walkers, Tom Jones said, and they had noticed some deterioration.

Jones challenged other organizations to help fund the project. City staff estimated the replacement cost at $3,000 to $3,500. City Manager Dave Howard said they might combine the park project with another sidewalk job to get a better overall price.
