Roger Lee Clinesmith, 78, died Nov. 7, 2013, at his home in Pratt. He was born July 27, 1935, to Russell H Clinesmith and Mary Jane McDowell at Cleo Springs, Okla.

He was a self-employed furniture salesman and metal salvage dealer. Roger was an avid outdoors person who loved hunting and fishing. He was a coin and stamp collector and loved hunting for Indian artifacts.

On May 27, 1961, he married Sondra Mooney, who survives, at Pratt.

Other survivors include: three sons, Daron L. and wife Elaine, El Dorado, Ty L. and wife Chris, Raton, N.M., and Alex and wife Julissa, Sahuarita, Ariz.; a daughter, Angie L. Clinesmith, Pratt; a brother, Ted, Claflin; a sister, Barbara Trahern and husband Dick, Nowata, Okla.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Following cremation, a celebration of life service will be held from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Christian Church, Pratt, with the Rev. Robin Colerick officiating.
