Phillip Schulz, one of the organizers of the B-29 Museum at the Pratt Regional Airport, has died as a result of injuries from a car accident on Dec. 24 two miles south of Sedan in southeast Kansas. He was 68.

Among his contributions, Schulz was key in getting the Parachute Building for use as a museum and got the grant to do the building restoration. He also did manual labor on the building and served as a chairman of the museum committee.
