  • Severiano Francisco "Cisco" Botello, 77, died Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Via Christi - St. Francis, Wichita. He was born Sept. 27, 1936 at Gallup, N. M., the son of Serveriano and Maria (Salazar) Botello.
    He was a farmer and worked for Conoco. Cisco earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M in telecommunication engineering. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pratt.
    He was a US Navy veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict.
    On August 10, 1985 he married Maria Elena Munguia. She survives.
    He is also survived by three daughters, Lupe Botello, Texas, and Angelica and Elena Botello, both of Pratt.
    He was preceded in death by a daughter, Esperanza Botello.
    Visitaiton will be from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Larrison Mortuary 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt.
    Vigil service will be held at 9 a.m., Thursday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pratt. Mass of Christian Burial will follow shortly after, beginning at 10 a.m., Thursday at the church with the Rev. Floyd McKinney presiding. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt.
