A special promotional Machinerylink combine, decorated with a bison, is up for sale after three years as a lease machine.
Motorists on K-61 have noticied an unusual combine on the edge of the Machinerylink lot on K-61. Sitting amont the sea of green John Deeres is a combine covered with bison applications. The special combine was a promotional unit for Machinerylink. It was put on display at farm shows and in various communities across the area. Some may remember the combine on display next to the First National Bank in Pratt.
As part of the promotion, farmers signed up for a chance to use the combine for 50 hours. A farmer from Chapman won the fifty hours use after a tornado devistated the community and hail cut his wheat harvest to just 400 acres. After three years of service as a lease machine, it is now up for sale.
