Denishia Amie and Lonzo Davis, Pratt, announce the birth of a daughter, Vazariyah Amonie, at 7:45 a.m. Dec. 30, 2011, at Pratt Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Donella Thompson, Wichita, is a grandparent.
Great-grandparents are Wanda Finley and Macee Thompson, both of Wichita.
