Kristin Patton and Jason C.M. ‘Jace’ McClasky, Westwood, were united in marriage May 14, 2011, in Kansas City. Mo.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Suzan Patton and the granddaughter of Lindy and June Patton and Yvonne and the late Marvin Stivers, all of Pratt.
The groom is the son of Nancy and Doyle McKimmey, Grand Blanc, Mich., and Don and Gayle McClasky, Olathe. His gandparents are Jane and the late Charles Mason Weeden, Topeka, and the late Alvie and Lois McClasky, Atchison.
A 1995 Pratt High graduate, the bride attended the University of Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in apparel merchandising and marketing. She is a director of brand management for the golf and resort divisions at Gear for Sports, Inc., in Lenexa.
The groom gaduated from Wichita Collegiate School in 1990 and received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Kansas in 1995 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2001. He is a partner in the law firm of Short, Borth and Thilges in Overland Park.
The wedding ceremony was held at the Country Club Congregational Church in Kansas City, Mo., followed by a reception, dinner and dancing at The Carriage Club. A Sunday brunch concluded the festivities. The couple honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii.
