Thomas and Desirae Kessler, Stafford, announce the birth of their son, Toby Ugene, at 7:55 p.m. Jan. 29, 2012, at Pratt Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Curtis and Sandy Odle, Stafford, Daphnie Schrag, Beaver, Okla., and Delbert and Nici Kessler, Preston.
Great-grandparents are Virginia Odle, Sedgwick and the late Marion Odle, Doyle Post, Plainville, and the late Ruth Post, the late Tom and Lilly Snyder and the late Admiral and Ruth Kessler.
