Dwaine and Brandie Osenbaugh, Pratt, announce the birth of their son, Shane Riley, at 4:04 a.m. Jan. 25, 2012, at Pratt Regional Medical Center. He weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
Grandparents are Steve and the late Carrie Looney, Pratt, and Robin and Melvin Osenbaugh, Langdon.
