Wendy's in McPherson is having a fundraiser for Dayln Partain from 4 to 9 p.m. May 10. Twenty percent of all proceeds will be donated to his medical fund.

Dayln Partain has a rare disease called chronic pancreatitis. He has suffered with debilitating pain since he was 8 years old. He is now 17 and is home schooled due to hospitalization and pain.

He lives with daily struggles, nausea, and pain and frequently visits the emergency room. His family appreciates the love and support the McPherson community. Dayln’s mother is Kyla Partain, employed at Wendy's, he has a sister Kolbi Partain, a sophomore at McPherson High School, and a brother who is a sixth grade student at St. Joseph's Catholic School. His grandparents are Dan and Karolyn Temeyer of McPherson.
