PRATT — Robert “Bob” Strothman, 86, of Pratt, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Pleasant Hills under Hospice Care in Hutchinson. Born June 8, 1930 at a farm house just North of Pratt. Bob was united in marriage to Coeta J. Cromer on May 15, 1954 in Pratt at Sacred Heart Church. The couple made their home in Pratt. In addition to his parents, Alfred and Irene Strothman. Bob was proceeded in death by his son, Gary; his brothers, Richard and Paul Strothman; and sisters, Evelyn Ingberg and Dolares Davis.
Survived by son, Ken Strothman of Preston; daughter, Terri (Mike) Reif of Pratt; grandchildren, Dustin of Pratt and Chris (Randi) Reif of Clearwater; and great grandchildren, Raylon, Colton and Cameron Reif of Clearwater.
Bob farmed, was manager of Skelly service station until it closed. He worked at Pratt Airport and flew charter air trips, Later he graduated from Barber School in Wichita and worked at Palace Barber Shop. He retired in 1999. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and flying.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Pratt with Father Michael Klag presiding.
