CUNNINGHAM — Oscar A. Desrosiers, 70, died Oct. 16, 2018 at Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was born Aug. 1, 1948 in Attleboro, Massachusetts the son of Oscar and Antoninette Proulx Desrosiers.  A longtime resident of Attleboro, he attended college after graduating from Bishop Feehan High School. He held a BS in Fisheries Biology from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Business in Accounting from Babson College, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Washington Institute of Graduate Studies.

Oscar was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1972 to 1975 and the U.S. Army Reserves until 1977 and was discharged at the rank of Captain.

On Aug. 3, 1985, he married Kristen Sheldon in Tulsa. Other survivors include two step sons, William Talbot and his wife Tabitha Anderson and Matthew Talbot and wife Tina; sisters Annette Rousseau and husband Jim, and Susan Merry and her husband Henry; granddaughter Elizabeth; and a host of nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Donat and Richard; and sister Rita Guyot.

Memorial services with military honors will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018 at the Livingston Funeral Home of Kingman, Kansas. Burial of the cremains will be in the Maud Cemetery, Cunningham, Kansas.
