The evening will begin with an “informance” of the Third Grade Recorder Choir demonstrating skills learned to master the art of recorder playing. Selections will begin with simple features such as “Merrily We Roll Along” to more advanced selctions such a “Juba” and concludes with the challenging favorite “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.”

The evening will continue with the choir presentation of “As You Walk Through This World” from “Sing For Earth Day” by Teresa Jennings, adapted by Deborah K. Collins.

“This Is Our World,” “Listen to the Earth,” “Plant a Tree” and “Save the Earth” are just of few of the songs you’ll hear as solos, ensembles and full choir share songs about making our planet a better place.

How can YOU make a difference “as you walk through this world”? Come and hear. You’ll be surprised at how much difference the “little things” can make.
