Leslie Carrillo represented Kansas last week in the Miss America Outstanding Teen pageant in Orlando, Fla.
The Kapaun Mt. Carmel senior is the daughter of Pam Simonitsch and Todd Carrillo, both of Wichita.
She, along, with all other non-finalists, received a $1,000 scholarship.
Lacey Russ, Oklahoma, is the 2011 Miss America Outstanding Teen. She received a $30,000 scholarship.
