Contractors for the city’s Main Street water main project are scheduled to begin work today. The project is expected to continue through the middle of October, weather permitting.
Work will begin in the 100 block of South Main and continue in one-block increments to the 600 block of South Main. City officials are asking drivers be aware of the construction when parking or commuting on South Main.
