Pratt facility safe from KDOT cutbacks

Traffic moves off U.S. 54 onto two new lanes on the east side of Pratt County. Funding for the project is already in place and will not be affected by any budget cuts to Kansas Department of Transportation. Construction on the Pratt County portion covers four miles and about six miles in Kingman County.
