Liberal Man injured in deer vs. vehicle accident

A Liberal man was injured in a deer versus vehicle accident east of Sawyer Sunday evening.
Bradford Lumley, 25 of Liberal, was injured when the eastbound 1988 Jeep he was driving struck a deer on K-42 about 1.5 miles east of Sawyer, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol website.
The Jeep went off the road into the south ditch and struck a tree. Pratt County Emergency Medical Services transported Lumley to Pratt Regional Medical Center where he was treated and released.
