Marsha D. Reimer, age 64, went to be with our Lord on June 10, 2009, at South Wind Hospice in Pratt.  She was born on Sept. 14, 1944, in Newton, to Evelyn Fern, who survives, and Marvin Taylor Mellott, who died in 1967.
She graduated from Peabody High School in 1962 and from Dr. Hwa’s X-Ray School at Axtell Hospital in 1965 in Newton.
She worked as a radiology and ultrasound technician at McPherson Hospital, Axtell Hospital, and Pratt Regional Medical Center. She also worked at Stan Reimer Photography in Pratt.  
Marsha married Richard L. Ring in 1964 and is survived by a son, Spencer W. Ring, and a daughter, Stephanie R. Voss, both of Pratt. On June 23, 1995, she married Stanley J. Reimer, who survives.
Her stepchildren are Cameron and Kim Reimer of Manhattan, Jon and Sheila Reimer of Pratt, and Julie and Beecher Prior of Hutchinson. She has 10 grandchildren, Chandler, Lauren and Nicole Voss, Mallorie and Riley Reimer, Tyler and Dylan Reimer, and Laney Reimer and Destiny and Grant Prior.
Marsha was a wonderful wife, mother, and nana.  Her grandchildren were the delight of her life. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoyed shopping, movies, and country music. She was a life member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority and the United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers, Darrell Eugene and Kerry Lynn Mellott.
Her mother, stepfather, Marvin Kline, and brother, Kerby Lee Mellott, survive.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 15 at the First United Methodist Church in Pratt.
