Erlene Mall, age 93, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Promise Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson.
She was born Feb. 11, 1916, in Turon, the daughter of Clyde and Beulah Brownfield Bunyan. Mrs. Mall lived in Turon for most of her life and was a homemaker.
On June 30, 1934, she married George Franklin Mall in Dodge City. He preceded her in death on Feb. 9, 1981.
She is survived by her daughters, Glennis LaRoux of Woodward, Okla., Dixie Lockey of Tabernash, Colo., Marsha Hobbs of Turon, and Lynda Leopold of Asprey, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Clifford Bunyan and Kenneth Bunyan; two grandsons, Rick Alan Hobbs and Bryce Jordan.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Turon Community Church with the Rev. Bill Stapleton presiding. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Larrison Funeral Home, 400 N. Martin, Turon, KS. Burial in Turon Cemetery, Turon.
