Odius Junior Greenstreet, 88, died Monday, June 29, 2009 at his home in Wichita. He was born March 4, 1921 in Cullison, the son of William and Fannie McGraw Greenstreet. He was a truck driver for Santa Fe Trails for 33 years.
He was a member of Albert Pike Masonic Lodge #303, Wichita Consistery, attended Central Community Church, Wichita, and was formerly a teamster of Union Local #795.
On March 8, 1941, he married Lula Elizabeth Roberts at Woodward, Okla. She died March 25, 2007.
He is survived by a son, Richard Greenstreet and his wife Avis, Wichita; a sister, Molly Morieun Roberts, Pratt; one granddaughter, Sonya, Wichita; and two great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Jacob.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Oda, William, and Floyd; three sisters, Clara Horn, Marjorie Franklin and Juanita Gaylord.
Friends may sign the register book from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt. Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the mortuary, with Pastor Dale Lewis presiding. Private inurnment will be in Cullison Cemetery.
