- Kenny DeClue of Doug Reh Chevrolet uses a remote control to pull a car over after a one-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon on West River Road just over a mile south of U.S. 54. Megan Kelling, 17 of Pratt, was southbound when she lost control on the washboard road and it slid off the west side of the road and rolled over on its top. Kelling and her passenger Peyton Kennedy, 17 of Pratt were not injured.
