- A small herd of cattle and a mule runs from a soybean fire three miles south and five miles east of Pratt. The cattle made it to a safe area that didn?t burn and were uninjured. The fire burned about 30 acres of soybeans belonging to Darrell and Steve Brehm. The fire started on a combine in the field and the wind quickly spread the flames. The combine was not damaged.
