Local basketball teams had three wins and a loss in Tuesday road games.

Pratt High girls edged past Sterling 50-47. The boys won 59-48.

Skyline girls fell 27-37 at Norwich, while the boys won 82-42.

Pratt Community College opened its softball season at Seward County Community College with 4-2 and 3-1 losses.

The Basketball Beavers host Dodge City Community College Wednesday, beginning at 6 p.m. The softball team plays Barton County Thursday at Lemon Park, beginning at 2 p.m.

High school basketball is at home Friday, with Pratt hosting Hesston and Skyline taking on Central Christian. It is Parent's Night at Skyline and also "Pink Out" night, in support of breast cancer awareness and local resources.

Pratt High varsity wrestlers are at the regional tournament at Mulvane Friday and Saturday.
