Because of predicted weather conditions, Christmas in the Park has been moved to the Pratt Municipal Building. The event will run from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Because of predicted weather conditions, the Pratt Chamber of Commerce made the decision Wednesday to move the annual Christmas in the Park Lemon Park Lights event to the Pratt Municipal Building this Saturday. Activities will start at 3 p.m. and conclude at 5:30 p.m. with a ceremony to turn on the downtown lights and the Lemon Park Lights at the same time.

After the festivities at the Pratt Municipal Building, everyone is invited to drive through the Lemon Park Lights to see the annual displays.

Lemon Park Lights have been celebrated for 27 years, with more than 80 displays donated as memorials to loved ones. News displays and lights are added yearly.

The Pratt City Fire Department has always been responsible for the Sixth Street Park light display of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
