William E. “Bill” Randle, age 86, passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2018. Bill grew up in Byers, Kansas and served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. As an administrator for USD 259, Bill developed the initial program for deaf and hard of hearing students. In later years, Bill's passion was owning and managing rental houses and farmland. Following retirement, he and Texie traveled extensively including all 7 continents.

Bill is survived by his wife, Texie; sons, Scott (Charlene) and Steve (Nicole) Randle; grandchildren, Annalise, Sophia and Matthew; and sister June Oller.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother (Gordon Randle) and sister (Doris Pinkerton).

Funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7th at Grace Presbyterian Church with Graveside Service to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Iuka Cemetery in Iuka, KS.
