PRATT, KANSAS — Charlene Faye Allmon, 85, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 at her home in Pratt. She was born December 1, 1933 in Jamestown, Kansas to Charles Henry and Hilda Sophie (Vollan) Hills. On July 4, 1950, she married William Edward Sullivan, Jr, they later divorced. On June 9, 1969, she married Jack Gossett. He preceded her in death on January 9, 1986.  Then in 1988 she married John Allmon.He preceded her in death in 1991.

Charlene was a homemaker. She enjoyed being a part of the Simply Southwest afternoon coffee club.

She is survived by her daughters, Pam (Eldon) Webb of Pratt, Barbara (Robert Cline) Lindsey of Pratt, Debra Stegman of Hays, Susan (Ron) Burns of Pratt, Nikki (Allen) Jarboe of Pratt and Sherri Erwin of Pratt; sister in-law, Mary Hills of Olathe; 13 grandchildren; and 36 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; brothers, Dale Hills and Don Hills; and grandchildren, Michael Lovell and Misty Dawn Hennessee.

Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2019 at Larrison Mortuary with Mike McGovney presiding. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt.
