Pratt - Charles "Charlie" Richard Boldt, 79, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 12, 1942 in Lyons, Kansas to Lowell Earnest and Matilda Emma (Dipple) Boldt. Charlie married Kerri Leigh (Mullinex) Boldt on November 27, 1987 in Overland Park, Kansas. They were married for 33 years.

Charlie graduated from Dodge City High School in 1960 and went on to earn his Associates Degree from Dodge City Community College in 1962. He worked in the grain business for many years before going to work at Pratt County Road Department. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gambling, doing yardwork and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife, Kerri; son, Michael (Jennifer) Boldt of Wichita; daughters, Christie (Brian) Moye of Muscle Shoals, Alabama and Brooks (Curt) Wilson of McPherson; grandchildren, Katy Boldt, Grant (McKayla) Boldt, Owen Wilson, Allie Smith, Aubrey Wilson and Chloe Wilson; and honorary daughter, Brittany (Ed) Albers of Cunningham.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Milton Duane Boldt, Keith Lowell Boldt and Robert George Boldt.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 2-4 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 11, 2021 at First United Methodist Church, Pratt.
