Four people received minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday afternoon at First and Main in Pratt.

The accident occurred when Donna Hendrickson, 82 of Morhead, Minnesota, was east bound on First street in 2017 Buick Encore and attempted a left turn onto North Main. When she turned, she failed to yield to a westbound 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 pickup driven by 72-year-old John Moore of Ashland, said Pratt Police Officer Rebecca Slief.

The GMC broadsided the Buick on the passenger side and came to rest facing northwest on the north side of the intersection. The Buick stopped on sidewalk on the northwest corner of the intersection between a fire hydrant and a traffic signal pole and just short of a brick wall in the First United Methodist Church parking lot.

Hendrickson and his passenger, Dorothy Ochsner, 80 of Olympia, Washington, and Moore and his wife Aletha Moore, 61 of Ashland were all transported to Pratt Regional Medical Center where they were all treated and released. All four were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident that was reported just after 2 p.m. on May 13.
