Clarence Edmound Bair, age 84, died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.  Clarence was born July 9, 1926 in Littleton, Colo., to Clarence and Marie (Lettuce) Bair. 


Clarence Edmound Bair, age 84, died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.  Clarence was born July 9, 1926 in Littleton, Colo., to Clarence and Marie (Lettuce) Bair.  

Clarence was a carpenter, dairy farmer and a greeter at Walmart. He was a member of the Isabel Church of Christ and the Penalosa Church of Christ. 

He served in the U.S. during World War II.

Clarence married Dolores Gosselin in Denver, Colo.  She preceded him in death on May 7, 2009. 

He is survived by four daughters, Sandy Mathes of Parker, Colo., Deborah Bourelle of Rocky Ford, Colo., Rebecca Ranger of Montpelier, Idaho, and Marie Twitchell of Logan, Utah; a son, Albert Bair of Pratt; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Albert M. Bair and one grandchild.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ in Isabel, with John Hamm presiding.
