Johnny Ray Goeller, 54, died Sept. 7, 2012, at Hutchinson. He was born Aug. 13, 1958, at Brownsville, Texas, to Leslie Edward and Donna L. Frisbie Goeller.
He was a "jack of all trades." Besides working as a roughneck in the oilfield, he operated A-1 Tree Service, helped operate a local restaurant and was a certified welder.
On Jan. 31, 1991, he married Dorathea "Doti" Liggett in East Foltonham, Ohio. She survives, at Pratt.
Other survivors include: three children, Frankie Goeller and Shayne Goeller, both of Pratt, and Briston Goeller, Woodward, Okla.; a sister, Nancy Anderson, Missouri Valley, Iowa; and five grandchildren. He raised four nephews, Sonny Morris, Pratt, Travis Morris, Ohio, Austin Meade, Pratt, Dalton Meade, Garden City; and a niece, Kodi Lynn Morris, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Trisha Raye Goeller; and a brother, Dennis Goeller.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ayres-Calbeck Mortuary, with the Rev. Robin Colerick officiating.
