Samuel and Rebekah Lofgren, Mullinville, announce the birth of a son, Grant Edward, at 11:51 a.m. Feb. 6, 2013, at Pratt Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Les Adee and Sally Adee, both of Hugoton, and Ed and Marlene Lofgren, Haviland.

Deloris Coil, Lake Lillian, Minn., is a great-grandmother.
