  • Elmo III and Samantha Senter, Medicine Lodge, announce the birth of a daughter, Alyssa Dawn, at 8:39 p.m. Feb. 12, 2013, at Pratt Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
    She is welcomed by Auston, age 4.
    Grandparents are Carol Chambers, Medicine Lodge, John Bohannon, Sawyer, and Elmo Dean Senter II, Pratt.
