  • The Skyline girls took 3rd at the HOPL track meet with 78 points; the boys took 6th with 54. Cunningham won the girls division with 91 and Pretty Prairie captured the boys title with 116.

    “The track meet went well,” head coach Summer Younie reported. “We were without some kids due to injury, and some kids only competed in a few events. Even so, the girls were just 13 points out of 1st place.”
    “Another highlight was our boys discus throwers going 2-3-6,” Younie added. “They threw very well.”
    The T-Bird track and field squads will compete in the 2A regional at Kiowa County on Friday May 23.
