The Skyline Concert Choir will make a special guest appearance with the Newman University Chorale and Troubadours during their Christmas Concert.
The Skyline High School Thunderbird Concert Choir will make a special guest appearance at the Newman University Chorale and Troubadours Christmas Concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3 at DeMattias Performance Hall at Newman University in Wichita. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students.
"This is great opportunity for our choir. We are really excited to share the stage with the Newman groups. The exposure to a different audience will be great for our kids," said Skyline Choir Director Bob Lee. "We are doing four numbers by ourselves and will sing the finale “O, Holy Night” combined with their groups. We were selected by Newman University’s Choir Director, Deanne Zogleman to share the concert with them. She invites a local high school group or two each year. Our opportunity arose from the fact that their have been a couple of Pratt area students participate in the Newman Groups, Ashton Lee and Blake Lee from Skyline and Alec Hampton from Pratt."
